Shipping + Returns
SHIPPING:
Orders are processed within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking information.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and package details. Carrier delivery times are estimates and may vary.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes charged by their country. Customs processing may also cause delays beyond our control.
RETURNS:
Most Oasis of Relics pieces are vintage and one of a kind. Signs of age and wear are part of their history. We do our best to photograph and describe each item accurately, including any noticeable flaws.
Please review all photos, descriptions, and measurements before purchasing. All sales are considered final, but returns may be approved on a case-by-case basis.
Return requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery. Items must remain unworn, unwashed, and in the condition in which they arrived. Please contact us for approval before sending anything back.
ORDER ISSUES:
Please confirm your shipping address before placing your order. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. Addresses cannot be changed once an order has shipped.
If your package is delayed or missing, contact us and we’ll help you work with the shipping carrier.
